Reservations and Cancellations

  • An active credit card is required to make reservations. Royal Limos Co. accepts any major credit card. A non-refundable minimum deposit of $100 is required to guarantee every reservation. In the case of most reservations, the rest of the balance is due seven days before the date on which reservations are made. If reservations are made within 7 days of date of the reservation, the full payment will be made immediately. In the case of Proms and holidays, as well as certain celebrations, and weekends in April, May and October, a 50 percent deposit is required and the remaining balance is due 14 days in advance of the date of reservation. Due to the large demand over this Formula One special event weekend the 50percent deposit will be needed in order to reserve the space. The balance must be paid 30 days prior to the scheduled date. Extra charges for being over the initial time required or any charges related to it as per the Damage Policy will be charged upon the time of the charter. Overtime charges are calculated using half an hour. When the remaining balance is due, no reimbursement is due.
  • Every cancellation will result in forfeiture of deposit required which is $100 without exception. If you cancel within seven days of reservations made for general use can result in the being liable for 100% of the all charges. If you cancel within 14 days of holiday weekends such as proms, holidays, specific occasions, or Saturday-only rentals in the months of the months of April, May and October will lead to the forfeiture of 100 percent of total cost. Cancellations made after 30 days of Formula One special event weekend can result in the loss of 100% of your total cost. Royal Limos Co. is not liable for services that are that is not completed or delayed due to traffic issues or accidents, Mother Nature or other unexpected incident or act of God. If there are mechanical issues an alternative vehicle will be provided or a credit which is acceptable to each of the partners. In the event of a pre-planned pick-up or drop off appointment, Royal Limos Co. will not allow more than a 15 minutes grace time for customers to make it to the location of pick-up. Following the 15-minute grace time, the driver can depart from the location of pick-up and there will not be costs refunded in the event of a cancellation. If the client requests that driver be waiting for an more period of time more costs will be incurred.
  • Any balances and deposits that are not paid must be authorized by the Customer through either written or verbal acknowledgment of the services. Each reservation is accompanied by the driver's gratuity of 20% will be immediately added to the booking.
  • When a reservation has been completed and accepted after confirmation, the number of hours that have been reserved and paid for can't be diminished. Each limousine run is scheduled alike to the reservation form. The reservation is made during the specified time which allows us to reserve another limousine run, prior to or after, based on the clients' reserved times. If you end your limousine ride in a hurry due to any reason, you'll be charged the full sum stated in the original request for a limousine provided by Royal Limos Co.

 

Damage Policy

  • To Ensure an enjoyable and safe service for our customers, Royal Limos Co. has these conditions and terms. Be sure to read them thoroughly in light of the fact that they are applicable for all reservations:

    General Rules:

    • No smoking Smoking is prohibited on every Royal Limos Co. vehicles.
    • Narcotics and Controlled Substances The possession or possession of illicit substances inside the vehicles of our customers is prohibited and could result in the immediate suspension of services without any reimbursement.
    • alcohol consumption Alcohol Consumption: Drivers who are who are under 21 aren't permitted to drink or consume alcohol inside our automobiles. Any violation will result in the immediate suspension of the service, without the possibility of a reimbursement.
    • unruly conduct All conduct considered to be unruly, insensitive or damaging to the vehicle Royal Limos Co. will cause the cancellation of the service with no reimbursement.

    Personal Property:

    Royal Limos Co. is not liable for personal belongings that are left inside the vehicle. It is recommended that valuables are removed from the vehicle if it's not being used.

    Passenger Capacity:

    To assure the safety of all guests, the clients are required to must not exceed the maximum capacity for passengers on the vehicle they are provided with.

    Right to Refuse Service:

    Royal Limos Co. reserves the right to deny service to any person or other party, if they believe it essential for security legal, regulatory, or corporate policies.

    Damage and Cleaning Fees

    The vehicles we use are checked prior to and after every rental in order to assure the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness. If we experience any damages caused by guest or the client The customer is the sole responsible party for repair or replacement expenses. The charges for normal damages include:

    • Broken Glassware: $10 per item
    • Removable or Lost Items Minimum of $50
    • Extreme Trash 50 dollars minimum
    • Interior Cleanup (Spills, etc. ) Minimum $150
    • Interior Damage (Burns, Tears, etc. ) Amount: $250 minimum
    • External Damage Minimum $250
    • Shampoo & Disinfecting (Due to Sickness): $250
    • Smoking Fee: $250

    If you make a reservation via Royal Limos Co., you accept and agree to the terms of service and agree to pay all damages that may arise throughout your rental. We thank you for your assistance to help us focus on providing the most secure and perfect service for our customers.
